OUR HISTORY 

THE STORY BEHIND
PEARLS SECURITY 

The story of Pearls Security Services began not in a boardroom, but on the ground where real security work happens. Our founder, a seasoned professional with over a decade in the field, witnessed firsthand how impersonal and reactive much of the industry had become.

Security staff were being placed without proper training, treated as a “presence” rather than a skilled asset, and worst of all clients were being left in the dark when it came to communication and accountability.
 

Something had to change!
 

And so, in 2023, Pearls Security Services was founded with a clear purpose:

To bring professionalism, empathy, and reliability back to security.
